Elevator Direction Indicator Fix

エレベーターのボタンが、上下の矢印が同時に点灯するのはなく、移動する方向にのみ点灯するようになります。
別のセルに移動するものや、Vaultのエレベーターは対象外です。

以下の2種類が用意されています。
・ESP版
・ESPなし版(Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE)とAddress Library for F4SE Pluginsが必要)
