少し手狭なこの屋内ロケーションは、昼夜の変化がある落ち着いた佇まいが魅力の物件です。
景観の邪魔にならない小型のワークショップと電力100の小型ヒューズボックスが設置されています。入手条件はなく、無料で使用できます。
作者様曰く「テストはしていないけれど、入植も供給ラインも引けるはず」とのことです。
気になる場所についてですが、グッドネイバーの西にある人食いグマ（ヤオ・グアイ）がいる児童公園の東の建物にドアがあります。マップマーカーはないので、注意して探してください。

ずっと不思議に思っていました。現実には、人は汚物の中で暮らしたくはないでしょう。
そこでクリーンアッププロジェクトを始めることにしました、
まずは「グッドネイバー」から。
グッドネイバーは、荒れ地の雰囲気を残しつつ、きれいに。
ゴミを撤去したり、傷んだ壁や床を直したり、トイレのようなアイテムも交換。
内装と外装の両方を編集しています。
外装に関しては、ほとんどの建物を修理していません。
グッドネイバーをバニラゲーム以上のものにするわけではありません。
