Faster Transition - Elevator Call Button Prompts Load Screen

今まではエレベーターを利用すると態々別の(エレベーター)内部セルを挟んで階移動をしていました。
このmodはエレベーター移動を通常のロードスクリーンを挟む移動に変更します。
